Who is responsible
LightHOUSE is an initiative of Diógenes de Oliveira Silva, an individual, who is the controller of the personal data processed on this site under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). He is also the data protection officer (DPO).

What data we collect
Only what you type into the "Apply for a conversation" form: name, e-mail, company, interest (B.A.S.E. Mentoring or GRANJAI), business stage, the free text about your storm, the language you used, confirmation that you authorized the data use (with the consent text version), and the date and time of submission.
We do not store your IP address or browser data in our database. This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
What we use it for
To review your application and reply. Nothing else: no newsletter, no marketing, and we never sell your data or hand it to third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I) and the preliminary steps toward a possible mentoring or consulting contract, at your request (art. 7, V).
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for 12 months after the last contact and then deleted. If you become a mentee or client, your data follows the signed contract, with the retention and confidentiality rules set there.
Who has access
At LightHOUSE, only Diógenes accesses the applications, through the database admin dashboard. There is no public read access. The providers listed below have technical access only as needed to run the service. Mentee and client data is confidential: it is never used as an example or disclosed.
Providers that process data on our behalf
These are the providers involved:
- Supabase: the database where applications are stored, on servers in the São Paulo region, Brazil.
- Lovable and Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the site.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to talk on WhatsApp, the conversation also follows Meta's privacy policy.
- AI assistant: on WhatsApp, the first reply comes from an artificial-intelligence assistant. Messages in that channel are processed by an AI model provider to generate the replies. Doc joins the conversation when it makes sense.
Like any internet service, Supabase, Lovable and Cloudflare may record technical access data, such as IP addresses, in their own logs, outside our direct control.
International transfers
Lovable, Cloudflare, Meta and the AI providers may process data outside Brazil. These transfers rely on LGPD art. 33, in particular your consent and the need to carry out the preliminary steps toward a contract, and on the data-protection commitments those providers make in their terms.
Security
We take proportionate measures: database access restricted by credentials and row-level security rules, HTTPS in transit, and storage on servers in Brazil.
No system is fully secure. If an incident occurs that could pose a relevant risk to you, we will notify you and the ANPD as required by law.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18) you may, at any time and free of charge:
- confirm whether we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- request anonymization, blocking or deletion;
- request portability;
- know with whom we share your data;
- withdraw consent; in that case we delete your application, unless a legal duty requires us to keep it.
To exercise any right, write to contato@innovation.doctor or on WhatsApp. We reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
